Since its founding in 2018, the Heidelberg Day of Karate has established itself as a steady part of Germany’s Karate scene, continuing the tradition of the Rhein-Neckar Kata Tag. Every year, karatekas of all styles, levels, and ages come together to train, learn, and deepen their understanding of their craft.
The course offers a wide range of training content, lead by Momo Abu Wahib, Udi Boppre, and Marcus Gutzmer among others. The Heidelberg Day of Karate not only centres on traditional Shotokan and Shitoryu Kata, but also offers modern units like Train with the Trainer, Competetive Training, Kata & Health, or Kids Special. We also always offer intensive DAN Preparation.
The Heidelberg Day of Karate is more than just a training course – it’s a tradition to bring Karate together, build a community with its shared values and catch new impulses. No matter your level; newbie, advanced or DAN, all karatekas are welcome to find inspiration, motivation and new training experiences.
Follow the event on Facebook to stay up to date at all times!
